Both indoor and outdoor climbing provide a stimulating challenge to both mind and body and a highly effective workout in a safe environment. It really is for everyone! Beginner through to advanced. You don’t have to be really fit or have lots of upper body strength, I will choose appropriate climbs to suit your ability. I provide all safety equipment and with my years of climbing experience, I know that you’ll feel safe and have fun!

I take my clients climbing indoors at The Warehouse Climbing Centre in Gloucester. Here you can conquer that fear of heights whilst working on upper body strength, core strength, grip strength, flexibility and burning bodyfat. Hourly rates start at £25.

The outdoor climbing days that I run take place at Symonds Yat and other crags deep in the beautiful Forest of Dean. You definitely get a great workout trekking along woodland paths, up and down steep slopes with a rucksack on! Then, we’ll scale several climbs on the challenging limestone walls, carefully selected depending on your ability. It’s certainly going to be an energetic day!
