“I think it’s fair to say that hiring a personal trainer
was not high on my list of priorities. I was overweight, unfit and,
having not long celebrated my 30th birthday, pretty unhappy with
my life.
The first time I met Matt I knew that if anyone was going to be
able to help me turn things around, it was him. His drive and enthusiasm
were contagious and I felt a whole new purpose in life.
The 12 weeks that followed were incredibly
hard work.
Whilst I sweated my way through the programme the difference, not
only physically, but mentally was truly quite incredible. The 28
pound weight loss was also a major bonus.
Eventually, as my fitness levels increased, I began indoor climbing
sessions with Matt which were and continue to be highly challenging,
a little scary and a tremendous achievement.
I cannot stress enough, just how much having Matt in my life has
made a difference. He never gives up, and pushes enough to get the
results you want without making you feel that you’re a failure.
His commitment and unfailing support coupled with his wonderful
sense of humour has made it possible for me to change my whole outlook
on life. I am fitter, healthier and happier than I have been in
years and for that, I cannot thank him enough.”
